ORDER PROCESS

We are a small company of two, however we will always try to fulfill orders within the same day. It may take up to 1~2 business days for the order to be shipped. All orders received within 4PM PST will be processed in the same day. All orders received after 4PM will be processed, however will be shipped out the next business day. All delivery times are estimated, and under the circumstance of COVID-19 please expect delays to shipment.

MêLANT is shipping WORLDWIDE with DHL EXPRESS . We offer affordable flat-fee shipping of $11 CAD for all Canadian and US orders with USPS and Canada Post. There are various shipping options to meet your needs at check out. Delivery times are estimates and due to covid there may be shipping delays. All days posted in this page is "business days" excluding the weekends. Tracking numbers will be provided after payment through collected form of contact.

ORDER - PICK UPS

To decrease shipping fees, we offer pick ups from our workshop in Port Moody. You will be eligible for a pickup at Workshop when you select the local pick up option at check out. Please leave a preferred pick up date and time at check out, or leave us an email or dm.
