What is your return policy?
All pieces can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase in original condition. *Excluding sale items. All sale items are final sale. Refunds will be processed after all items are received. For an exchange, an e-gift card will be issued.

What's your sizing? Can you make custom sizes?

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we offer contact-less local pick up at our studio in Port Moody. Simply choose local pick-up option at check out instead of shipping. All orders will be ready for pick up in 24 hours.
